Starting out in the days when CD ROMS were at the cutting edge of technology, Sally has worked in a range of digitally-focused companies and now heads up Delivery and Operations. She has previously run large-scale programmes for clients including British Telecom, Astra Zeneca, Tesco Direct, Estee Lauder and The British Army.

When not making sure that BIO projects are shipshape, she can be found in her garden or in her self-appointed role as Director of Office Plant Welfare.
