Marcus is a conceptual digital creative with a passion for innovation, problem-solving and helping businesses and brands take on the digital disruptors by putting their customers at the heart of what they do.

A strong believer in crafting beautiful experiences that adhere to UCD (User Centred Design) principles yet push the boundaries of convention. A multi-skilled digital designer by trade, he now specializes in end-to-end design thinking, applying this to collaboratively identify pain points and re-imagine them in an ideal world, partnering with clients to co-create services and products that truly make a difference to people.

Externally, Marcus runs future-focused industry talks and workshops focused on changing customer trends and the creative industry landscape. Recent topics have included ‘The future of the digital interface’ and ‘The creative designer in the service design world’.

Clients include: British Airways, Greyhound Buses, Arrow Electronics, Haven, BT/EE, CHEP, Mothercare, CO-OP Bank, Lloyds Bank, EY, Oxfam, The Economist.
