We’re proud to announce that BIO was ranked in the Top 3 for Creativity in Econsultancy’s 2017 digital agency survey.
It’s a fantastic achievement and we’re delighted to have been officially recognised for our work on behalf of clients like British Airways, Savills, Three UK and Haven Holidays.
In addition our founder and CEO, Peter Veash, was named in the top 5 most influential people in a category voted for by other agencies. BIO also ranked 31st by fee income in the Top 100 Digital Agencies report.
Finally, Econsultancy’s printed report also featured our case study on transforming the British Airways mobile app.
It was chosen for inclusion by the judges for the way it demonstrates digital excellence in terms of process – implementation of new processes to deliver exceptional client value.
To create and deliver the work in a short amount of time, BIO ran a series of workshops based on our BIO Hive process of rapid innovation, followed by a hybrid-agile user-centred design approach.
As part of the work BIO created a Timeline to help customers get to the gate and enjoy their leisure time at the airport. Feedback showed that customers were extremely engaged, with 90% providing positive or very positive feedback in the two months following its launch.
