We immersed ourselves in Savills’ business and culture through a BIO Hive, then strategised how we could transform their service, building it around the wants and needs of their commercial and residential customers. To do this we employed our Customer Experience Framework, carrying out detailed research including personas and journey maps.

Our ‘Change today, change tomorrow’ methodology then showed Savills how they could both make quick wins through transformation of the website, and play the long game, coming up with many exciting innovation ideas for future development.

BIO designed and delivered a brand new web platform with streamlined IA, vastly improved search functionality and a more welcoming tone while staying true to the Savills brand. In broader terms we reimagined Savills’ business through a customer-centric 5-year transformation programme, setting them on the path to sustainable revenue growth and future business success. As the website rolls out to all 62 markets new initiatives will follow.
